Q: Will my order be gift wrapped?
A: All of the orders will be personally hand picked and packaged. Then caringly placed in our beautifully designed Pearl Shed gift box and carefully gift wrapped.
Q: What if I change my mind? Can I return it?
A: Don’t worry if you change your mind, our products come with a no quibble 14 day returns policy. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund providing they are in the original condition. Unfortunately, earrings are not included in the 14 day returns for hygiene reasons.
Q: Does your jewellery come with any warranty?
A: Yes. All our products come with a 12 month warranty. So if you have any problems, please let us know.
Q: What are your delivery times and rates?
Q: Can I order over the phone? I am having trouble online.
A: Standard worldwide delivery will be £2.99, with a standard shipping time of two working days in the UK. If you need it in a hurry, then we also offer Next Day Delivery service in the UK if ordered before 2pm Monday- Friday. Next Day Delivery is priced at £4.95.
International orders will be sent on a standard shipping service that takes approximately 3-5 working days.
